Program Name: System7 Customer Notifications

System7 operates an SMS text messaging notification program to keep customers informed about their service. Message types include, but are not limited to, emergency and other operational alerts related to your System7-managed equipment.

Enrollment

By providing your mobile phone number to System7 and consenting to receive SMS messages, you opt in to the System7 Customer Notifications program.

Message Frequency

Message volume and frequency varies depending on your device activity and the services you receive. System7 will only send messages relevant to your service.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages. System7 does not charge a fee for participation in this SMS program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel your enrollment in the System7 Customer Notifications program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reach out to your System7 contact via email (or via the information below) or reply STOP to any System7 SMS message. After you send STOP, we will send you a final confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

System7 SMS messages are supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, and T-mobile. System7 is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
