We know that most engineering departments work on a limited budget, and prioritizing process and machine improvements can be difficult. By taking a brief tour of your facilities, we can help identify weak areas or areas of obsolescence.
System7 can meet with you and help you develop project budgets, justifications, bid specifications, strategies, technologies, and priorities on a consulting basis. Consultation is provided on an hourly basis and the cost will vary with the complexity of the needs of each customer. We can then follow up with the design engineering support required to take the project from concept to completion.
The technology transformation program begins with a comprehensive on-site review of a customer’s facility. Upon completion of the review process, we will help to determine immediate needs, long and short-term goals, and the most significant issues in manufacturing. Next, we will develop a plan to integrate changes, upgrades, replacement of obsolete systems, training, documentation, and support for continuous improvement to fit your budget.
