Tim Fries
Chief Executive Officer
Tim, our CEO, is a passionate creative leader. With a strong focus on helping individuals thrive in the talents that God has given them, Tim is dedicated to guiding our team towards accomplishing our collective goals. His optimism and vision inspire us all to reach new heights and make a positive impact in the world.
Mark Elliott
Founder
Mark Elliott founded System7 in October 1995 with the goal of providing the best possible control systems integration services in the industry. Mark worked for 10 years as a controls engineer in an automotive supplier manufacturing environment. Mark was in the United States Air Force for four years. He served in the Strategic Air Command and worked on B-52 Bombers and KC-135 Tankers. While serving in the U.S. Air Force, he completed an A.A.S. degree and continued taking courses towards a B.S.E.E. at Wright State University. He has been designing, troubleshooting, and supporting control systems since 1982.
Luke Wade
Chief Operating Officer
Luke is an accomplished executive leader driving excellence with his teams in a range of industries. With vision to shape the future of electrical components manufacturing, Luke and his team are pushing forward with passion for corporate operations, technology and innovation.
Josh Juran
Chief Financial Officer
Josh brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience spanning capital markets strategy, forecasting, financial planning and analysis, M&A, and team development. Josh earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Management and Organizations. He also holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan. Josh is known for his collaborative leadership style and passion for team building. He will support the company’s combined growth trajectory, including expansion into new markets, operational alignment, and strategic investments.
